Can’t get enough of Isekai Quartet? We got some good news for you! Crunchyroll officially announced on Monday that they will be streaming Isekai Quartet 2 for the upcoming Winter 2020 Anime Season. Those living in the U.S., Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, Australia, South Africa, Norway, Sweden, the Netherlands, and Denmark will be able to stream the anime via Crunchyroll.
Isekai Quartet is a crossover of the following isekai anime franchises: KONOSUBA, Overlord, Re:Zero, and The Saga of Tanya the Evil. The upcoming second season will feature characters from The Rising of The Shield Hero anime.
Isekai Quartet 2 is slated to air in Japan on January 14. Aside from Crunchyroll, Funimation will also stream the anime this winter but in English dub. The anime’s first season premiered in Japan last April.
Staff working for the first Isekai Quartet is confirmed to return in working with the second anime. Minoru Ashina is still director and scriptwriter, while Minoru Takehara will be still be character designer and chief animation director. Anime studio handling this production will be Studio Puyukai.
