Synopsis

First Impression
The concept of the series really pops out as a highlight and stand out point. The way that it was introduced gave just enough for the viewers to understand the story without revealing too much. Another highlight that the three episodes gave was the simplicity of the designs and how it brought out the characters. On the note of the characters, with the way that they were presented, it was clear that there would be some fluff in the upcoming episodes. With its unique concept and general introduction, there’s an interesting potential for this work.
General Impression
It’s weirdly cute, that’s the best way to describe the series. The concept was interesting at first but after a while, the strangeness of the whole marriage to a creature thing built up. On one hand. The dynamics of the characters are cute and it’s interesting to see what different quirks the series comes up for them but other than the quirkiness of the characters and their stories as different couples, the series doesn’t give a whole lot else. It makes sense given how short the episodes are but it feels like the series is mainly banking on what kind of comedy or cute moments can be derived from the concept. It’s not bad but it could work on it’s pacing a bit more and add more to the story.
Conclusion
It’s a short series that dishes out an interesting concept but not much is to be found in the plot other than introducing the characters and their quirks. The story and characters are not bad but it clearly banks on the comedy and the cuteness to keep the series going. If you’re looking for a series that is quirky but has something cute, this is it.
