Dragon Ball fans, get ready for more saiyan action as Bandai Namco Entertainment releases a new video on Tuesday confirming that new DLCs Base Goku and Base Vegeta will be available for the Dragon Ball FighterZ game. The DLCs are slated to be released in early August.

The two DLCs are as they appear in the first arc of the Dragon Ball Z franchise. They will be among the eight character to be available as part of the FighterZ Pass or through separate purchase.
The DLCs that Bandai Namco Entertainment released previously were Broly, Bardock, Fused Zamasu, and Vegito Blue. Three more DLC characters haven’t been revealed as of this time. Those who purchase the FighterZ pass contains an 11-song music pack from the anime as well as a commentator voice pack.
The game was first released for the PlayStation 4, PC (via Steam), and the Xbox One for the West regions last January 26 and on February 1 in Japan (for Xbox One and PS4). So far, the game has sold around 2.5 million copies worldwide.
Open Beta for Dragon Ball FighterZ began last January 14 and15. Those who pre-ordered the game had an early access on January 13. It was officially launched for the PlayStation 4, PC via Steam, and Xbox One in the Europe and Americas regions last January 26.
Those who pre-ordered the game digitally got to receive early access to Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta as well as a Girls Stamp Pack containing Android 21, Bulma, and Android 18. Two exclusive lobby avatars were also given as a bonus.
A “CollectorZ Edition” released by Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe and America that had three art boards, a Goku statue, and a cool steelbook packaging.
