Nintendo Switch Version of ‘Dragon Ball FighterZ’ Slated to be Released in the West on September 28!
Get ready for more action as the current popular fighting game of the Dragon Ball franchise Dragon Ball FighterZ is heading for a Nintendo Switch release and slated to be released for Europe and the Americas on September 28. The game will be released a day earlier in Japan on September 27.
The game was first released for the PlayStation 4, PC (via Steam), and the Xbox One for the West regions last January 26 and on February 1 in Japan (for Xbox One and PS4). So far, the game has sold around 2.5 million copies worldwide.
Open Beta for Dragon Ball FighterZ began last January 14 and15. Those who pre-ordered the game had an early access on January 13. It was officially launched for the PlayStation 4, PC via Steam, and Xbox One in the Europe and Americas regions last January 26.
Those who pre-ordered the game digitally got to receive early access to Super Saiyan Blue Goku and Super Saiyan Blue Vegeta as well as a Girls Stamp Pack containing Android 21, Bulma, and Android 18. Two exclusive lobby avatars were also given as a bonus.
The Ultimate Edition of the game include the FighterZ Pass, an 11-song anime music pack, and commentator voice pack.
A “CollectorZ Edition” released by Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe and America that had three art boards, a Goku statue, and a cool steelbook packaging.
