So Valentine's Day is around the corner. While some of you are now planning to give out the best bouquet of flowers and the sweetest of chocolates to the ones you love, Japan has released something that seems to go well with the upcoming occassion.

It was revealed in the second issue of Young Magazine on Friday that manga artist Masamune Yoshimoto will be launching a new "magical girl historical manga" series titled Maho Shojo Omatsu. The manga's first chapter is slated to be released in the magazine's next issue this February 5.

As a way of celebrating its 20th anniversary, Bandai will be remaking its original Digital Monster keychain toys. This announcement was released by the company on Friday and the toys are now open for pre-orders.

On Friday, Avex Pictures released a commercial for the upcoming stage play adaptation of the Noragami manga scheduled to run from February 16 to 26 in Tokyo. You can check out the TV Ad video below: The upcoming play will run for only 15 performances at the AiiA 2.

An official website was launched on Thursday by “Success” for the Chinese-Japanese co-produced animated series adaptation of the comic by Tecent “Chōyū Sekai” a.k.a “World of Super Sand Box” entitled “Chōyū Sekai: Being the Reality” Set in a world where its peace is threatened by other worldly beings known as “Disasters”, a special military unit that was created to fight back and they are known as “Sabor”.

On Saturday and just before its official premiere, the official website of Tales of Zestiria the X anime uploaded a promotional video that come in two versions. CLAMP and Production I.G.'s Blood-C anime will have its live-action film adaptation titled Asura Shōjo ~Blood-C Ibun~ (Asura Girl: Blood-C Another Story) set to premiere in Japan this early fall. According to the "Asura Girl Project" that was launched on Friday, the movie will have an original and new story line set in pre-World II Japan.
